The spa services were decent, but disappointing overall.
We experienced a major leak from the air conditioner at 2 AM, leaving my room stifling after shutting it off. It took hotel staff half a day to address the issue, and I received no compensation for the inconvenience. The room lacked basic amenities like a desk, forcing me to use a folding table.

The indoor pool impressed me a lot. It provided a great escape after long days of exploring. The gym facilities was great with a variety of equipment. The rooftop bar's views of Phnom Penh were fine. I faced a significant issue with cigarette smoke lingering in one of the rooms. I noticed that children are not allowed in the sky bar, disappointing when families around me were seated. My experience had its ups and downs.

Had a blast with my friends! The breakfast was amazing, and the staff made sure we were well taken care of. Enjoyed the fine indoor pool and visited two great exhibitions, including 'Diamonds are Forever'. Definitely perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
We had a minor issue finding the hotel initially, but our driver managed to locate it without any problems.
